Frequently asked questions
Do you service all makes and models?
Yes. We service and repair petrol, battery and electric machines from all the major manufacturers, including STIHL, Honda, Hayter, Mountfield, Husqvarna, Stiga, Countax and John Deere.
How much does a lawnmower service cost?
It depends on the machine and its condition. Walk-behind mower services start from a fixed price, with ride-ons quoted individually. You’ll always get a clear price before we start.
How long will my machine be away?
Most walk-behind machines are back with you within a few working days. Turnaround is quickest between October and February, so book your winter service early.
Can you collect and deliver my machine?
Yes — we offer collection and delivery across Skipton, Keighley, Ilkley, Settle, Barnoldswick, Gargrave and the surrounding Dales villages. Just ask when you book.
Do you sell new machinery and take part exchange?
We do. Come and see us at Unit 13, Craven Nursery Park and we’ll match the machine to your ground, not to a sales target. Part exchange is welcome.
Can you supply spare parts only?
Absolutely. Send us your model and serial number and we’ll identify the correct blades, belts, filters, cables or drive parts — fitted by us or supplied to you.
